Writers online + supporting Net Neutrality
"My wife and I are writers. We write reference books about careers. These books help young men and women learn about careers in specific areas. To write these books, we rely heavily on sources we fine using the World Wide Web. We simply cannot find the latest information in libraries or bookstores. Furthermore, many people use the Internet for communication, entertainment, and business.
There is no reason for anyone, particularly those telecomm entities that provide access to this information, to restrict access to the wealth of information available through the Web. I am at a loss to explain what their motivation must be. Restricting our access to all the Internet has to offer will profit no one.
